‘Pensioners Help Desk’ to Resolve Grievances of Railway Pensioners
South Central Railway has taken initiative to address the grievances of Railway Pensioners. Accordingly, a ‘Pensioners Help Desk’ will be installed at Zonal Head Quarters (Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad), Divisional Head Quarters (Divisional Offices of all six Divisions viz, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntakal, Guntur and Nanded) / Workshops (Lallaguda, Guntapally, Renigunta, S&T Workshop Mettuguda) and Office of Chief Administrative Officer, Construction, Secunderabad from 13th August, 2018 to 14thSeptember, 2018 for a period of one month.
All pensioners of South Central Railway can advantage of the Help Desk for lodging pension related grievances, as well as to obtain any information relating to pension payment and the status of their 7thCentral Pay Commission pension revision. Pensioners can approach the Help Desks at concerned officers from where they have retired, along with a copy of the last issued Pension Payment Order (PPO) and Service Certificate with them so as to address their concerns immediately.
